Amy is a precise and skilled executive with 25 years of experience within the automotive, pharmaceutical, technology, marketing and engineering sectors.

ERICH K. GAIL a Co.Founder and Managing Partner of the A&E – ATLAS Performance Group. In this capacity, Erich leads the executive leadership and performance improvement practice of A&E client services. In addition, Erich is the former Chief Executive Officer of a multi-franchise, multi-state retail automotive group with active operations in the United States and Canada.
With 33 years of experience, Erich has served in senior executive leadership roles within the retail automotive sales, operations, financial, investment, M&A as well as global automotive OEM activations in the United States, Canada, Europe, China, Korea and Japan.
